2019 Global Wound Conference in Kuala Lumpur

Inotec AMD was at the 2019 Global Wound Care Conference held in Kuala Lumpur, 18th – 20th October. The 3-day event was very well attended and there has been plenty of interest in topical oxygen and NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy.

NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy was showcased in three different events:

  1. A very well-attended lunch Symposium with Dr. J. Boey, Podiatrist at Singapore General Hospital, who discussed his experience with topical oxygen and NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy in Singapore.
  2. An insightful Oxygen Symposium with Prof. Karen Ousey from the UK, who demonstrated the role of oxygen in wound healing, and Jane Clark, VP of Global Marketing and Clinical Affairs at Inotec AMD, who examined the use of topical oxygen in chronic wound healing.
  3. A NATROX® Breakfast Symposium with Dr.Thomas Serena, Founder and Medical Director of the SerenaGroups, USA who highlighted the benefits of continuous topical oxygen therapy along with the importance of early identification of patients with NATROX®. He then explained the application techniques and what to expect from the NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy. Finally, he examined his experience to date in the USA with very interesting case studies from the current clinical trial.

All 3 events were attended by a very engaging audience, who did not hesitate to show their interest in topical oxygen.
