Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a key role that helps the company plan, purchase and deliver products all
over the world. Ensuring that our products are delivered to our patients and customers on time, every
time. You will be responsible for planning & procurement activities, the development and maintenance of
supply chain systems and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Procurement – 70%

  • Support COO with monthly Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SiOP) to proactively plan
    inventory, production and capacity requirements across the supply chain (CMOs, in-house
    production, 3PLs)
  • Run weekly production planning and material requirement planning processes; assure
    sufficient materials are available to support production plans
  • Own product in-house label scheduling and deployment process including updating label designs
    in accordance with any QARA changes
  • Lead weekly planning reviews to ensure plans are aligned and remain achievable across CMO, in-house production and testing capacity entities
  • Generate and release work orders to in-house production for execution in line with planned
  • Review and maintain system planning parameters e.g. MOQs, ROPs, lead-times
  • Utilize MRP tool to plan, place and manage POs with suppliers including the input, receipt and
    processing of purchase orders in the Inotec Unleashed Inventory Management System
  • Work with Quality to ensure Suppliers have up-to-date technical information prior to PO
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery addressing supply risks and issues where they arise
  • Monitor KPIs to track supplier performance in collaboration with Quality
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with our supply chain partners

Supply Chain Systems – 20%

  • Maintain accurate master data in Inotec Inventory Management system (item masters,
    BOM control, supplier data, costings)
  • Support COO with roll-out of Inventory Management system including integration with
    partner applications (e.g. QB, 3PLs)
  • Support COO with identification of digital technologies to improve information flow,
    communication and customer experience
  • Facilitate development/configuration and implementation of systems, liaising between internal
    and external stakeholders throughout the planning and development phases
  • Support COO with enhancements to planning tools and methodologies
  • Support and give direction on new company-wide ERP system
  • Manage any current and future ERP systems
  • Implement alongside key stakeholders any current and future software systems
  • Conduct Supplier visits as needed

Continuous Improvement – 10%

  • Help establish and maintain key performance indicators across inventory health, inventory
    accuracy, production plan attainment and supplier delivery
  • Support COO and Quality Manager with the practical application of SPC tools to drive continuous
    improvements across production-related processes (in-house and CMOs)
  • Support COO and Quality Manager with data collection and data analysis
  • Support Quality Manager and Production with root cause counter-measure activities (internal and

  • Support and contribute to key business projects

Skills Required

  • BSc in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Proactively communicate and initiate/execute tasks
  • Experience in managing external suppliers, procurement, and supply chain systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience meeting tight deadlines, prioritising tasks, and multi-tasking to deliver results
  • Ability to solve challenges and propose solutions
