This position is responsible for developing, managing and executing our product and services marketing strategy and its global implementation. This role is a key leadership team member, supporting the organisation’s growth and preparing markets for new products, working in close collaboration with Clinical and Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities are representative of those typically performed in this role. This is not an exhaustive list and may change from time to time. In addition, other duties may be assigned as required.

  • Develop product and market strategy in relevant regions (including product roadmap)
  • Perform business analyses for different markets and develop data-based, targeted, strategic approaches
  • Develop global and regional marketing materials
  • Develop customer-facing messaging globally
  • Coordinate global comms plan/strategy
  • Facilitate comms strategy for each region, create a budget to support day-to-day execution
  • Lead and support team in day-to-day management to deliver marketing tools and solutions for internal and external customers
  • Work effectively and directly with all members of the organization including distribution partners
  • Partner with agencies to deliver creative strategies and ensure all communication materials are aligned, as well as manage creative print and video vendors to assure current, relevant materials are available across regions
  • Manage global event calendar
  • Work closely with all regions to support events and tradeshows with sponsorship,  programs, talks, speakers, themes, signage, and materials
  • Represent our brand at tradeshows, conferences and meetings; prepare associated reports and attend meetings as assigned
  • Represent Marketing in MRB activities
  • Maintain global and regional websites to assure they are up-to-date and effective
  • Maintain corporate and product branding
  • Connect with contacts at all levels and with all groups who may influence current and future buying decisions
  • Delight customers with our products and services and follow-up to make sure customer requests/problems are satisfactorily resolved
  • Promptly follow procedures for product or service complaints
  • Maintain the highest degree of product knowledge through continuous learning, including quality, features, benefits, proof sources, customer applications, quality and competitive advantage

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities for marketeers in Digital and Product Marketing.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B. A.), minimum of ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience as well as proven success in presenting new products using effective sales processes and tools. Wound care sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, write, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, public groups, and/or Board of Directors.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

Solid computer skills including MS Office and appropriate applications and analytics.

Specific Competencies:

This position requires strong analytical skills, sales & business acumen, interpersonal skills and excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Previous experience of working to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency; excellent organizational and time management skills; demonstrated presentation expertise in diverse settings; strong team player with excellent communication skills both written and oral.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, during travel noise levels may be high and could require hearing protection.

The employee may work near moving or mechanical and electrical parts. This is a customer-facing role and must meet hospital credentialing requirements. As clients are mandating Covid-19 vaccinations for anyone doing business with them and entering their facilities, we require full Covid-19 vaccination for all team members in this role.
