Inotec AMD Moves to Larger Office to Prepare for US Growth
Increased Demand of NATROX® O₂ Drives Need to Add Key Employees to Support Customers
[Hickory, NC –July 27, 2021] – Inotec AMD Inc. relocated to a new, larger office in Hickory, North Carolina in mid-July. Located near the heart of downtown Hickory, the larger space supports the company’s initiatives to expand its footprint in the US market. Plans are in place to hire additional staff members to head up US marketing efforts and manage rising inventory demands.
Craig Kennedy, CEO of Inotec, said the move positions the company for its next growth phase. “As we focus on expanding traction in the US, a bigger location means we can add more staff. We’re committed to delighting our customers, and the increased demand requires building an infrastructure to support this growth.”
Inotec was awarded the Federal Services and Supply (FSS) contract to sell its product, NATROX®, to the Veterans Health Administration (VA) Hospitals across the USA and is scaling up manufacturing as a result. The VA is the largest integrated health network in the country, treating more than 9 million veterans annually at 1,293 VA health care facilities.[i]
Inotec is committed to serving Veterans and their loved ones. The company makes a wearable medical device designed to heal chronic wounds that afflict millions of sufferers worldwide every year. Their product, NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy, is an innovative, easy-to-use device that is clinically proven to deliver continuous pure humidified oxygen directly to a wound to stimulate healing. Making NATROX® O₂ therapy available to Veterans means improved wound healing, a higher likelihood of patient compliance, and a better quality of life.
“It’s an exciting time. In addition to supporting the VA, we’re preparing to scale up for national reimbursement, which we expect within the next year,” said Kennedy.
