John Adam Joins NATROX® Wound Care as Chief Operating Officer
Brings 20+ years of experience of manufacturing in the medical device sector
[Cambridge, UK – 9 June 2022] – NATROX® Wound Care is pleased to announce the appointment of John Adam to take the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will support the leadership team in executing the company’s vision of transforming the lives of patients suffering from hard-to-heal wounds through innovative technology. John will assume responsibility for manufacturing operations, quality, and product development to optimise the way NATROX® delivers an excellent customer experience to its global client base.

John brings a wealth of experience in medical device manufacturing having worked in multiple European and Asian countries to deliver local and global process and transactional improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and procurement.
Prior to joining NATROX®, John spent over 6 years with Mölnlycke, a world-leading medical products and solutions company. While there, he worked his way up from Manufacturing Development Director to VP of Global Manufacturing. John also served as VP of Global Operations at Systagenix, a global leader in advanced wound care now operating Acelity, and over 8 years at Teleflex, a medical device provider, as Director of Strategic Development.
Specialising in Lean manufacturing, Six-Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement, John has been highly lauded by colleagues for strong leadership skills. Having worked as a coach and trainer in addition to serving as a manager overseeing hundreds on his team, John understands how to nurture individual strengths and talents, ultimately encouraging team members to think strategically, innovate, and take action.
